Alpha Chi Omega
“Together Let Us Seek The Heights”

Alpha Chi Omega was founded in 1885 in Greencastle, Indiana.
The chapter was founded on 5 Pillars: Academic Interest, Character, Financial Responsibility, Leadership Ability, and Personal Development.
The Beta Tau Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega was founded at
Miami University in 1941. It has since has maintained a strong social and philanthropic presence in the Oxford Community.
In order to support Domestic Violence Awareness, their national philanthropy, the chapter holds events like Monday Night Football. This annual event each spring raises money for the Dove House, a Domestic Violence help center located in Miami's own Butler County.
Throughout the year, they organize social events to strengthen their relationship with other members of the Greek Community.
Alpha Chi Omega nationally, as well as our Beta Tau Chapter here at Miami University, is an organization of Real. Strong. Women.
